It is no surprise with the recent success of the film The Greatest Showman, that in their 41st year the Cromer Pier Show opened with the title song that captivated audiences.

It is no surprise with the recent success of the film The Greatest Showman, that in their 41st year the Cromer Pier Show opened with the title song that captivated audiences.

There were many new faces in the lineup, including the multitalented ‘G’ with his spot-on impersonations, to the illusionists Zooka and Suzie Q with her quick changes that kept you on the edge of your seat.

The female vocalist and Cromer Pier veteran of five seasons, Emily Yarrow, truly has the voice of a nightingale in her rendition of ‘O’ Sole Mio’. Harvey James, the male vocalist, has returned to the pier stage after 11 years.

The comedy backbone of the show, Steve Terry, leaves the adults laughing while safely going over the younger generation’s heads when needs be, making this the classic family show.

So, is this the greatest show? You’ll have to book your tickets to find out.
