The waiters and waitresses’ race, a dance workout from Marlene’s School of Dancing and the game and country fair were just some of the highlights at Cromer Carnival today.

Visitors to the Carnival field at Runton Road were treated to a sheep show, a heavy horse demonstration and countryside crafts from the carnival’s traditional game and country fair.

There was also an open-air cookery show by Cromer chef and forager Simon Hunter Marsh.

Meanwhile elsewhere on the Pier forecourt crowds lined the cliff tops for the annual Waiters and Waitresses’ race.

On Monday morning Marlene’s School of Dance also provided a dance workout outside the Pier.
