This has been another fantastic year for Cromer, from a glorious summer giving the local economy a boost, to fabulous festive events.

Archant has also enjoyed getting to know our readers a bit better thanks to the launch of Enjoy Cromer More, which has allowed the ECM team to get a better insight into what’s going on in the town, as well as shouting about our reader’s favourite parts about living here.

So we asked members of the Enjoy Cromer More Facebook group what their Cromer highlight of 2017 was, and this is what they said:

Andy Hawkins: Red arrows over the pier.

Jono Read: It was the first time in aaaages I got to enjoy the carnival. Enjoying the blue skies before watching the sun set over the cliffs, rounded up with fireworks!

Sue Burton: Walking along the beach in the warm sunshine on my holiday there.

Dawn Terry Burns: Watching my first Christmas Show at the end of the Pier - excellent.

Janet Dear: End of the Pier Show! Was excellent. We saw all 3 of them this year. Plus a few more other shows, fantastic evening of entertainment, well worth a visit.

Julie Cole: Opening our Gift Shop in Garden Street.

Ricky Tommy Ossitt: When I left to go to Australia for a year back in February.

Martin Rodwell: Made in Dagenham presented by CSODS on Cromer Pier. Watch out for details for 2018 - massive musical hit show.

Linda Colbourn: We had a long weekend again in Cromer in the summer, and the weather was perfect. Morning coffee on the pier and wine in the evening on the pier watching the sun go down! Couldn’t have been better.

Andrea Ashman-Lee: Taking our first grandchild to our favourite place for the first time... bliss.

Sue Pearson: Beautiful sunsets from our caravan at East Runton.

Denise Jones: Walking the fabulous beach to cromer from Overstrand.
